• How do I submit my logo or artwork?

  Email us your artwork after checkout in any of these formats: PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum). Our design team will review your files and contact you if any adjustments are needed. For best results, vector files (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS) are preferred.

• Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

  Yes! We provide a complimentary digital proof for every order within 24-48 business hours of artwork submission. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

• What if I don't have a design ready?

  Our in-house design team can help create or optimize your artwork. Basic design services are complimentary, while complex design work starts at $45/hour. Contact our design team to discuss your needs.

• Are there additional fees I should know about?

  Standard setup fees range from $25-75 depending on the customization method. Rush orders, PMS color matching, and shipping are additional. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

• Do I have to order a minimum quantity?

  The minimum order for any item is the minimum quantity listed for that item on our web site. Minimum order quantity applies to both blank and customized merchandise.

• Do you ship to international address?

  Yes, we ship to many international locations. Most items can be delivered to North America, Europe, and Oceania. For deliveries to Africa, South America or other regions, please contact us for availability and shipping options.

• What is your delivery time?

  Delivery times vary depending on the product and are detailed in the product description. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks to the USA and Europe. During busy seasons or for complex customized orders, delivery times may be longer. For additional delivery information, feel free to contact us.

• Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
